How to file a claim

Log in → click 'Start a claim' → enter vehicle + fault + garage → upload diagnostic if requested → submit.
Portal-only claims
All claims must be submitted through the Member Hub portal. Always log the claim before the garage begins work. Unauthorised repairs may not be covered.
